Takeoff

Takeoff: as the days leading to the commencement of EuroTech, I could hardly believe I was going. A veiled sense of anticipation took over, but i didn't reveal my excitement until the moment when our 777 jet broke through the clouds back into the stratosphere and the Thames River was visible from my window seat. What an opportunity to close out my time at Syracuse with a bang. It will be a challenge getting my feet wet in the global IT field while balancing my desire to see as much of Europe as possible, but I will sacrifice sleep to complete the task. There is much learning and many experiences to be had and jet lag won't stop me making the most of it.
